This is the question.
i think that initially Apple had a very go-all-out-alone approach and didn’t think it was going to open the iPhone to 3rd party developers. And then the business community called. The fact is that the iPhone was initially marketed as an all-in-one communication device for the upper end user, not upper end business, or enterprise users. This has changed with the unprecedented buzz, and Apple, again sees an opportunity for buco bucks. i bet it sells the apps through iTunes. Macnn goes on to say… Read the rest of this entry »

This is incredible. The creator of a popular 70’s dance, has a creative commons copyright on, “Th
e electric slide.” The story involves You Tube, the EFF, and one hell of a 44 step dance move. NOTE: This ruling is pretty much BS & why US copyright laws are not respected as much as they used to be. What is next people owning copyright to the Happy Birthday song and the water we drink? Let us live & dance i say!

Sometimes you open the newspaper and think, Ok… nothing… nothing… Futch it. And you do something else, you jog, go to the computer, go to work, eat; just about anything but read the paper.
